Sinter-Hardened Component

Sintered hardening material and process is very suitable for spur and helical gears. Sinter hardening refers to a process of quench hardening during the cooling cycle of the sintering furnace and then controlled cooling to transform the powder metal steel matrix into martensite. Sinter-hardened parts are perfect for the part with required higher hardness. Sinter hardening can optimize the  hardness of the workpieces  around HRC30-40 , and making them adopt precise dimensional control and more resistant to deformation when placed under stress. This accelerated process eliminates the need for expensive post-sintering heat treatment, no or very little secondary processing, to reduce production and labor costs.
